To set up the ShipVia Desktop App, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download & Extract


Download the provided folder.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • readme.txt - Detailed installation steps.

  • config.txt - Configuration file to edit.

  • Installer executable.


2. Configure Before Installation

  • Open config.txt.

  • Locate the value "DEMO" and replace it with {Client Dashboard Name}.


3. Run the Installer

  • Double-click the installer.

  • Proceed through the wizard: Next → Finish.

  • The application will install and automatically launch.


Login: Use the ShipViaApp User credentials.

If you forgot the credentials, try:
Login: shipping

Password: shipping



4. Device Setup

In the application, go to:

 Setup → Workstation → Device Setup



Add any of the following devices:

  • Zebra Thermal Label Printer

  • Laser Report Printer

  • Laser BOL Printer

  • USB Scale



Tip: You can refer to a working workstation as a template for correct device settings and configuration.
