Whether this is the best solution or not, it should be enough to get them back up-and-running... this appears to be some sort of corruption of the files.
Copy over the ShipLinx.exe, StartShipLinx.exe & ShipLinx.exe.config files from your local Folder (making sure it's the same version -- x86 or normal -- that is copied) to the PCs ShipLinxNet Folder.
