WWEX LTL Carrier Setup Checklist
1. Click the '+' sign next to the 'Carriers' section header.
2. Select "LTL Carrier" as the carrier.
3. Enter 'WWEX' for the 'CarrierID' and 'Worldwide Express' as the 'Carrier Name'
4. Click to Save the carrier.
5. Click on the 'WWEX' carrier in the 'Carriers' listing to pull up the settings for the carrier.
6. Enter 'WWEXM' for the 'Rating Code' carrier property.
7. Enter a Folder Location on the Server to save the Logs under the 'Log Webservice' carrier property.
8. Enter the WWEX account number in the "Account Number" field.
9. Enter the WWEX Access Key (from the Client's Worldwide Express Rep) for the 'Web Service Contract Code' carrier property.
10. Enter the WWEX User (from the Client's Worldwide Express Rep) for the 'Web Service Username' carrier property.
11. Enter the WWEX Password (from the Client's Worldwide Express Rep) for the 'Web Service Password' carrier property.
12. Use ShipLinx.Implementation EDI Form in place of setting the 204Status (default="SEND"), 204Dock & 204Pickup Package Attributes for BookIt request visibility.
13. Set Label Template to "LTL.OUT" (or a customized Label Template).
14. Add 204Carriers, 204Dock System Parameters => 204Carriers must have a value of WWEX (it's a pipe-delimited list of Carrier Codes) to set up the Carrier to transmit EDI 204... 204Dock is the "Dock Closing Time" for those Carriers (eg. 16:00:00 is 4PM).
Add the following Custom Special Services (as described, ID & Group Master are the same):
CONSTRUCTION w/ description "CONSTRUCTION Delivery" as a "Boolean" Field Type
ForceCarrier w/ description "Force Carrier" as a "Text" Field Type
INDELIVERY w/ description "Inside Delivery" as a "Boolean" Field Type
INPICKUP w/ description "Inside Pickup" as a "Boolean" Field Type
LIFTGATE w/ description "LIFTGATE Delivery" as a "Boolean" Field Type
LIMITED w/ description "Limited Access Delivery" as a "Boolean" Field Type
LIMITEDTYPE w/ description "Limited Type Delivery" as a "Value" Field Type
NOTIFY w/ description "Appointment Delivery" as a "Boolean" Field Type
PUCONSTRUCTION w/ description "CONSTRUCTION Pickup" as a "Boolean" Field Type
PULIFTGATE w/ description "LIFTGATE Pickup" as a "Boolean" Field Type
PULIMITED w/ description "Limited Access Pickup" as a "Boolean" Field Type
