1. Incorrect Syntax near ',': this error seems to pop up for UPS when the Commodity Line Items have a Line 0 when you go to "Ship" the package. To verify, double-click the Content button, then pull the "0" Line Item to the list and "re-add" it. Then, click "Ship" again and see if it goes through.
