To perform the ShipLinx installation, here's what I need you to do:


1. Download Team Viewer version 12 (must be version 12 as we are licensed against that 1 in particular). Below you will find a link to the Download page and an image showing which V12 option to choose on that page:

2. Install Team Viewer on the machine, using the Base/Free model (our license will take care of the connection). It's always helpful for our needs to set it up with a permanent password if possible, otherwise we would need someone to open Team Viewer and send over that Pwd every time we need access.


3. Send over the Team Viewer Remote ID and Remote Pwd (as in below image, ID in Black Box and Pwd in Red Box) or the ID and the permanent Pwd.



4. Provide me a good time-frame where the Test Machine will be freely available for about a half-hour or more. The installation itself normally takes about 10-15 minutes, but the extra time is helpful if we run into any issues.


5. Make sure that Adobe Reader is installed on the Test Machine as a prerequisite for ShipLinx and that the Windows Logon User has Administrative privileges. Without the Admin rights, we will not be able to fully install and we could be blocked.


6. Set up the PC to disable sleep mode so that we can access the PC without bothering the Shipping Team.
