If you find that the Commercial Invoice is not Printing, you can check the following items:


1. First, check the Web Setup to ensure that the International Report Template (COMMINV) is in place.

2. If #1 is there, check that report template's countries to ensure the country(ies) that are problematic are supplied.

3. If still not working, make sure the report itself is available on WEB1 & WEB2 (often you check WEB1 but don't check WEB2)... this makes a difference.

4. If still not working, make sure the "PAPERLESSINV" Special Service isn't set to "Y"... you may need to code it in.

5. If still not working, check the Printers that are available on the problematic system(s) and make sure they can print to them. Use the Debugging Output Options and select the Output PrintFile Debugging and Output PrintLabel and Send To Printer Debugging options. Then you can check the ShipLinx.log file to track through and see some events for these actions.

6. Have them check their Printers.

7. Reboot?
