Email from Label Server about printing a SCAN form issue:


The date and time when the tracking numbers were created determines whether the SCAN Request will succeed or not. 

For example, if you print labels all day, then try to run a SCAN Request for those labels after 9 PM PT, they will all fail because we sweep all transactions that were not part of a customer-generated SCAN Form and send them to the USPS, making them ineligible for SCAN. This is a USPS requirement.
