There's a table (ups_commit) that holds the values for service times and a column called 'eam' for Early AM.
Check if that zip doesn't have any EAM. It looked like from UPS (rated the from and to zips) that it should be so JJ put it in.
UPS Next Day AM says Early AM not available but UPS said it is Print
