Reset the scale and try again.

If that doesn't work, use the standard function: ShipLinx.Implementation.Common.AdjustWeight(); in PreRate

Also need to set SystemParameters.ScaleAdjustmentFactor to the right adjustment actor. EG: Weight showing 10x heigher? Value should be "0.1"
