1. If they're just upgrading from a previous version of SQL Server to a newer version, they just need to make sure all DBs, Tables, User/Pwd combos, and Permissions remain the same.
2. We may possible also need to just change the ODBC connection that we have in the Web Setup so that it points to the upgraded server (but not always)
