Ship Via can not have the same exact name as the service. EG: ShipVia called "UPS Ground" (case sensitive) would be invalid because it matches the service exactly (UPS Ground).
All capitals is one way around it or renaming it something else ("UPS GROUND" or "UPS Ground2")
Note: This will affect rate shops too if you have the individual ship vias matching the service name exactly.
