Hazmat Software Signature ID's are uniquely generated by Hazsoft per machine and per user, then stored in the registry.
Identifier: You will see this messagebox during any similar issue.
You will see these registry settings (HazSoftSigID_manifest_{username} is the key)
If HazSoftSigID_manifest_{username} is missing or has a value of 0, that needs to be updated.
