If you have done the Add Shipper and the Check Mail, verified the Book #s were added and then they disappear, you will need to do a Windows GREP against the following path on shiplinx-web-1: "C:\Program Files (x86)\LRMT\ShipLinx\PLD\". In GREP, search with the Account # to bring up all related files, then open each until you find the file with a series of data items and then find the subset for the UPS Book #s. Copy those Book #s and add them to the Web Setup for the specific client's UPS carrier props' Book # fields.
