Following are the steps that I take to resolve UPS EDI Manifesting Issues:
1. Updated pld_seq field w/in the ups_manifest_status table to match that of the Carrier Prop for the one I saw errored
2. Updated status w/in the ups_manifest_status table to 'PENDING'
3. Went into ShipLinx->File->Print Manifest->chose the date for the corresponding manifest->selected carrier (UPS)
4. Selected the appropriate row in the results->Click 'Print'
5. Went to server and ran the Local Server Manager thread manually w/ data of 'EDIMANIFEST' (manually ran EDI Manifest Thread
