To Set up the OnTrac Carrier Module Carrier Props:

 Customer OnTrac FTP password
Ground Fuel surcharge 5 Ground Fuel surcharge percent
Sunrise Fuel surcharge 8.25 Sunrise Fuel surcharge percent
DirectPost Mailer ID   DirectPost Services 9-digit MailerID

FTP Username and Password come from the OnTrac Rep.  The Ground Fuel Surcharge and Sunrise Fuel Surcharge percentages are decimal values representing the fuel charge percent.  If the Fuel Surcharges are not entered, a rate error (below copied message description) will pop up:
